We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and capable of improving ROI through smart targeting, budgeting, and performance insights.
Requirements
- 2–3 years proven experience in performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to read and interpret analytics dashboards (GA4, Ads Managers, etc.).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with data, analyze patterns, and make fast decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Set up conversion-focused campaigns, including tracking, events, and retargeting.
- Conduct daily performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
- Optimize budgets and improve ROAS / ROI through testing and audience refinement.
- Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and creative coordination with designers.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align campaign strategy.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or landing page builders.
Knowledge of marketing automation & CRM tools.
Strong creative sense for ad content and hooks.
