We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2 to 3 years of professional experience in designing for social media, branding, marketing materials, and digital ads.
The ideal candidate must be skilled in Adobe tools and have a strong understanding of design aesthetics, color theory, and modern visual trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing social media posts, ads, banners, and marketing designs.
- Develop brand identity materials such as logos, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines.
- Design graphics for campaigns, product promotions, and digital marketing.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver consistent brand messaging.
- Create engaging visuals optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and many more.
- Prepare final deliverables in required formats and maintain an organized design workflow.
- Revise designs quickly based on feedback and maintain high-quality output.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and creative best practices.
Requirements
- 2–3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Figma/XD is a plus).
- Excellent understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding.
- Ability to create both static and minimal motion graphic designs.
- Strong creativity with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and deliver polished designs consistently.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Knowledge of UI/UX design basics.
- Ability to understand marketing psychology and consumer design behavior.
